I came across WhicksnWhacks on Amazon when hunting for some different companies that made wax melts.

There was a lot of scents to choose from and I liked the shapes and colours, I went for the love hearts and ordered 3 different scents - they came in packs of 9 for £3.60.

My Choices -

 Sunwashed Linen which was very strong and almost had a hint of Yankee Clean Cotton.

 Lavender which was also very strong but I felt this scent was very Soapy so it was just too strong and gave me a headache.

Sandalwood wasn't too bad, a little weak but was good enough for smaller rooms.

I would try some more of  the WhicksnWhacks wax melts, not bad little wax melts - 7/10 for WhicksnWhacks !!!!!!!

Lily-Flame Candles

I adore Lily-Flame Candles - from the beautiful colours, the chunks of wax sitting on the top, the tins and the labelling - these candles not only smell amazing they look beautiful !!!!!

Some of the Scents I have tried are -

Fairy Dust 10/10 easily - my most FAVE Lily-Flame scent ever and I also have bought this in the room spray - I only wish they would start doing bath products in this scent - Powdery, Warm, Sparkly and Magical. I MUST TRY !!!!!!!!

Lavender and Lime - Lavender Blended with a Citrus Edge.

Powder Puff - Light, Soft and talcy - SUPER GIRLY !!!!!

Silnet Night -  The Scent of the Evening Fields at Harvest Time.

Blush - First Kiss of the Night - Heady and a Sultry Scent.

Dolly Rocker - Strong Powdery Girl Scent.

Yankee Candles

 

The First time I ever tried a scented candle was after I walked into a friends house and she had GLADE scented candles burning everywhere and her house smelt divine, so off I popped to the shops and started to get an addiction to GLADE and AIRWICK scented candles UNTIL the 15 March (MY BIRTHDAY) and a friend presented me with a Beautiful Yankee Tart Burner and Wax Tarts - from that day on the words HOOKED and PASSION is what I would use !!!!!!!

Out went the GLADE candles and in came a passion for Yankee !!!!! Fresh Cut Roses was the first ever Yankee Wax Tart I melted and I loved it - followed by Country Lemonade and Black Cherry (AMAZING) !!!!!!!

Soon my collection which started with 8 Yankee Tarts became bigger and bigger - I do melt other scented wax melts from other companies and love them too but first love will always be YANKEE !!!!!!!!!! I always have to have Yankee Tarts in the house and I have some firm favourites - Fresh Cut Roses, Black Cherry, Amber Glow, Christmas Cookie, Snow In Love (my ultimate fave), Christmas Rose, Sugared Apple, Lake Sunset and a few more :)

The wide Selection of Yankee Products is amazing and their is a scent or scents for everyone :) I adore the shape of the jars and once a candle has been melted to no more I wash out the jar and keep It to store bits and bobs in anything from Cotton Wool Balls to the Kiddies Crayons :)

The Wax Tarts are highly scented and fill the house with the most wonderful Fragrances :) votives make a great addition to small toilets and bathrooms and can also be chopped up and used in a wax burner - The reed diffusers are beautiful and look fab :) I have yet to try the Room Sprays but plan on that very soon :)

I believe you can't go wrong with a Yankee Candle - they make your house smell amazing and they make Fabby Dabby Gifts :)

Having a stash and buying them makes me one happy bunny - once you have tried one I really don't think you could ever stop yourself from buying another :)

Okay I am going to Blog about Scentsy - I love Scentsy :) Highly Scented Cubes of Wax, pop 2 in your burner and your house will be filled with wonderful scents :)

I have tried a few scents and have not be disappointed !!!!!

The Scents I have tried -

Apple Press - Apples, Juicy Pear and a hint of Rose - this is a delicious scent and tingles the taste buds :) I adore apple scents so this was perfect for me !!!!!

Satin Sheets - Sandalwood and Warm Vanilla - I adore Sandalwood - never been a vanilla fan but this is a perfect combo :)

Welcome Home - Warming Cinnamon and Spices - such a fab Christmas Scent - warming and perfect if you love spicy scents :) loved this in the kitchen :)

Luna - Jasmine, Sweetpea, Freesia, Juicy Berries and Sandalwood - BEAUTIFUL !!!!! this was the first Scentsy Scent I melted and it was a hit :)

Eskimo Kiss - Blackberry Jam, Caramelised Brown Sugar and Vanilla - this was an instant hit with my girls - who loved this being melted in their bedroom on the lead up to Christmas !!!!!!

Snowberry - Logan Berry, Strawberry, Peppermint and Zesty Cinnamon - stunning scent and a great Christmas/Winter Fragrance.

Silk and Ivory - Sweet Sugar entwined with dark chocolate and sandalwood - I will be honest I don't like chocolate scents but this was simply beautiful and I adore this fragrance - this sits at the top of my Scentsy Wish List :)

Awakening - White Peach, Vanilla, Pineapple and Amber - beautiful fruity sunshine scent - perfect for Spring/Summer.

Kahiko Hula - Passionfruit, Mango and Papaya - taste bud tingling scent - summertime scent - perfect kitchen scent :)

Cinnamon and Vanilla - Vanilla Beans, Coconut, Cinnamon and Cassia -  love this scent, so warming and rich :) loved this in my bedroom.

Scented Simmering Granules

I have tried a few companies for their simmering granules but Regent House is the best for scent and quality :)

Simmering Granules are non scented salts or dish washer salts that are coloured and fragranced - you just pop a couple of 2tsps in your Tart Burner and stick a tea light underneath - as the granules start to get hot the scent it then realised into the air giving a wonderful fragrance around the home - when the scent starts to disappear then it is time to let them cool down and throw them in the bin - mess free and easy to use !!!!!

I have tried several scents - the scents I DISLIKED - Orange and Cinnamon, Apple and Cinnamon, Baby Powder and  Giorgio :(

The scents that I LOVED - Angel Wings, Fairy Dust, Herb Garden, Lemon and Lime, Wish Upon a Star, Peach and Water Blossom and White Musk.

Some of the bags are £1- £1.70 depending what's on offer at the time - you can get a lot of usage out of one bag - the colours are great :) worth the money :)

Front Porch

Good Morning - trying out a Front Porch Grubby today - Blackberry Lemon Ice Cream and it smells delish......highly scented and looks pretty :) these are from the US so I was lucky to have a lovely friend send me some to try :) I have a few more to try and can't wait !!!!!

I like the look of the grubbies, they make a nice change from the normal shaped wax melt :)

 

Love the little bags they come in - very pretty indeed :)

Seasons Change Wax Melts come in Fab Little Pots and Amazing Colours........these little pots pack a massive punch filling the whole house with beautiful scents :)

You can easily get 5 tea lights worth from 1/2 a wax melt making this a fab buy and well worth every penny :)

The scent I adore the MOST is Hillbilly Homebrew......fruits and spices making it a perfect Autumn/Winter scent - easily 10/10.

Silver Linings is such a beautiful scent too - like a freshly washed man.....half a wax melt filled my whole house and this was a fave with the whole family.

Elf Magic become my girls fave and they had this melting in the their room before bed :) the whole room was filled with this sweet minty scent :)

Satsuma - WOW - this scent certainly packed a punch - I love melting this one in the kitchen and bathroom......makes your taste buds tingle :)

Antique Lace is a stunning girl scent, perfect for the bedroom......a clean scent with love understone of clean cotton and Linen :)

Dragons Blood, very very nice indeed - had this melting over Halloween and Hubby liked this one a lot.....My niece's fave too :)

Apple Pie - sweet apples and cinnamon/spices - I love this scent !!!!! it filled my kitchen with its scent and smelt like I had been baking all day :)

The Great thing about Seasons Change Wax Melts is my Hubby can smell them, normally he can never smell my wax melts so I was over the moon when he made a comment on the scents I was melting - 10/10 for Seasons Change :)

Busy Bee Candles and Wax Melts are Handmade in Wales :) These Candles and Wax Melts are wonderful.......Strong Scents and well worth every penny :) Lately I have become hooked on the Magik Beanz........15 little beans to a pot and WOW they are strong.......I add 5 beans to my burner and it fills the house with a wonderful scent !!!!!!

Here are some reviews on the scents I have tried recently :)

Snuggles - this scent reminds me of Lenor Fabric Conditioner - such a comforting scent, smells like I have been on a washing binge ;) My girls said it reminds them of the clean school jumpers on a Monday Morning after being washed at the weekend !!!!!! This scent for me is a comforting scent and perfect for the living room or bedroom - easily a 10/10.

Angel - I adore this scent, girly pretty scent perfect for the bedroom, I will admit I ordered this scent in wax tarts and Magik Beanz for the fear of running out.....must order a Jumbo Candle :) 10/10.

Herb Garden - an amazing scent for your kitchen.....the herbs aren't too overpowering, just perfect and the undertones of lemon make a perfect match......5 Magik Beanz is perfect and I got 3 tea lights worth of use from this scent :)

Cheat n Clean - Love Love Love this scent......spring cleaning comes to mind when I melt this scent......I love fresh scent and packs a punch :) perfect Spring/Summer scent, though I melt it most days - especially good if you have a cat litter tray in the house ;)

Cinnamon Buns - I love cinnamon scents so this is perfect for me and the doughy bun scent shines through nicely giving a comforting scent through out the house - great way to make people think you have been baking all day LOL :)

Tuscan Dreams - fruit, a hint of spice and freshness :) I had this melting in my kitchen and the scent travelled through the house :) another seasonal scent for me......must stock up for Spring/Summer.
